Custom programming is the act of modifying the stock hardware of a vehicle to perform tasks that are either “locked” or to have features that the original hardware didn’t have.

Please send all packages to the following address. If you are from the United States you will be required to fill out a customs sheet. Declare the parcel as “Radio Parts” and set the reason for sending as “Repair under Warranty”. This will avoid any taxation on the package.

Most of the time the answer is NO. If you have had custom programming on a module done by us, it’s best to stick with us. We know our work through and through and having another independent shop or a dealership update your custom modules will either not work, cause you to lose your upgrades or potentially brick your units. Please contact us regarding any module upgrades.
